The project involved capturing of data, basically from restaurant menus, images and/or web sites.

The input contains various data of the menu items served in the restaurants. The relevant data is captured and converted to desirable formats.

The project was executed with the agreed level of accuracy of 99% by defined verification process with a minimum productivity of menu items per Data Analyst employed in the project.

The project involves capturing complete information from printed catalogues including images, technical and non technical information and provides electronic data in PDF, XML and SQL formats.

The scope included capturing data from image illustrations or callouts and classifying and converting them in predefined format. Analysis is then done on establishing relationship between different classified data elements and associating with images that are processed for specific resolution. The image processing also involved resizing and cleaning up of the images to suit the browser requirements.

In this project, research has been done to capture data from the web for given topics and classify them in different heads of importance. Popular search engines and in-house developed scrapper programs are used to assimilate information from different sources.

This project involves compiling data from proprietary software. The information provided by the software based on queries on defined parameters are analyzed for suitability and if found suitable for a specific requirements are then captured in defined format. The project also includes classification of these captured data on different categories. This project is undertaken for a client in the healthcare industry from USA.

This project was for transcribing data from audio files and presenting them in defined reports form. The work consignments were downloaded from the client’s server located in USA and the processed forms were uploaded back. The client had defined priorities for each of the consignments and our process was fine tuned to meet the required Turn Around Time (TAT).

This project was for capturing interchange data from back of the printed catalogs of aftermarket industries. The project was executed for a USA based Automotive company to capture parts interchange data from catalogues of various aftermarket companies and over 10 million interchange data were built for them. This facility remained in operation for over 3 years and had never recorded a single case of schedule slippage or rejection. OE research was also performed on these data. Besides, direct and indirect links were established on these interchanges to OE data. With the success of this project, the client has diversified their operation into other areas and needless to say we were selected to support them in their new ventures also.

The Scope of word is to provide technical services for setting up and maintaining the inventory units and Customers. This VPO facility is in operations for the past 3 years.

The primary function of this VPO includes setting up of the Inventory Units for Purchase, Trade Ins and Lease Terminations. This involves

In addition, daily services are provided for updating the location information of the units, updating unit images, monthly billing, executing the tasks assigned, setting up customers and customer contacts, updating the missing customer/contact information, and, email campaigns on behalf of the Client. The project is executed by logging on to the Software (NetSuite) using the supplied credentials. Daily instructions are received from the Clients through email and files are received through FTP. Completed / Processed works/orders are updated to the web server using the Software and/or FTP and emails.

Many Transcription works were undertaken for automotive aftermarket industry in USA. These includes Data Capture from Printed Catalogs, Data Conversion, OE Research, Image Processing, Electronic Cataloging, Electronic Publishing among others. We had also undertaken projects for Data Capture from various Electronic and other media. The Data Captured included OEM Details, Parts Details, Technical Specifications, Images along with Conversions of these Captured Data into industry standards such as AAIA.
